Shahram badakhshan mehr was Born in 1976 in Lahijan, located in the North of Iran. He has an MA in Film Directing from the Tehran University . In 2010, he attended a workshop lead by Abbas Kiarostami. He is an independent filmmaker and Currently he is teaching filmmaking at University.
