Wu-Ching Chang, is a celebrated animation director, concept artist, and illustrator from Taiwan, lauded for her work that merges feminism, modernity, and personal experiences with innovative animation and experimental artistic techniques. She obtained her MA in Animation from the Royal College of Art in the UK and a BFA in New Media Art from Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan.

Her notable film, “My Grandmother Is an Egg,” received a Jury Special Mention at both the Atlanta Film Festival and Women Make Waves Film Festival, and was featured at prominent festivals including Hot Docs International Documentary Festival and Animafest Zagreb.

In addition to founding Aco Creative Ltd., Chang serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Shih Chien University, where she imparts her expertise to the next generation of animators. Her involvement in the animation community is extensive, serving on judging panels at the Happy Valley Animation Fest and Taichung International Animation Festival.

Wu-Ching Chang’s deep understanding of animation and her innovative storytelling make her an ideal jury member for esteemed events, offering invaluable perspectives in artistic evaluations.
