Detroit-based filmmaker and actor Sanjay Arora blends a global voice with deeply personal storytelling. Born in Kurukshetra, India, he transitioned from a successful tech career in the U.S. to independent cinema, training at the New York Film Academy and under legendary acting coach Roshan Taneja.

As a director, Sanjay’s earliest works drew acclaim for their emotional clarity and cross-cultural resonance: Butterfly Wings — Award-winning debut examining resilience and hope, Once Again (Phir Vehi) — Meditation on spirituality and rebirth, Expression — Love without words, captured in silence.

His producer credits include:
