When her mother disappears while visiting an old acquaintance, Patricia rushes to a small border town where she finds herself amid a game of cat and mouse in which no one is who they seem. After discovering troubling things about her mother she never knew, Patricia decides to piece together the scattered clues from her mother’s hidden past to find her before it’s too late.
