Karen is an International Speaker and Moderator and the Co-Founder and CEO of The ExV Agency in Brooklyn, New York. She brings a background in business development and marketing strategy and has worked with senior executives across industries ranging from: Private Equity, Real Estate, Bio/Pharma, Sports & Entertainment and Art. Karen is also the co-founder of BlueJay Pictures and co-produced the short film, Shots Fired, that has won numerous, international awards.
I was born, a woman of color under the Apartheid regime in South Africa. I believe in telling stories with a social impact that will lead to conversation, understanding and positive change.
